  • One-on-One training sessions with a qualified Personal Trainer 

  • Complete accountability & weekly reviews

  • Training log to record workouts

  • Unlimited Access to your trainer via Whatsapp

1:1 ONLINE COACHING

If you are someone who can get the work done if you know what you need to do to get to your goals, online coaching would work great for you!

You receive :

  • Personalized training program(s) including strength training, cardio & mobility

  • Personalized meal plan(s) either based on a habits based approach, a calorie counting approach or a combination of both depending on individual preferences, goals, wants and needs

  • Exercises will be linked to videos detailing how to perform them. We will be available for any clarifications regarding exercise technique feedback via Whatsapp/Google Drive

  • Training and nutrition will be  adjusted/progressed every week based on your performance of the previous weeks 

  • All related documents will be shared with you via Google Drive/Google Sheets where you can enter relevant information relating to your fitness goals   

  • Weekly Review calls for 15 minutes
